Transfer a dining reservation?

Is there any way to transfer a reservation to a friend? I have a reservation that no longer works for my family but a friend who will be there at the same time would like to have it. Is there a way to "give" the reservation to them? We are all on the dining plan but have separate rooms and reservations. Thanks!

i would just have your friend check in as you as you do not pay when you check in and when you pay would not know who checked in

Otherwise you would do the way other dis people would do. Coordinate a time you will release the reservation and they be on the the reservation finder at the same time. Sure there is a chance someone else might get it, but most likely they will get it.
