tranportation options from MCO to Lake Buena Vista

We had some change of plans so instead of starting at a WDW resort, we are staying a few nights at the embassy suites in lake buena vista.. I am renting a car, but my mom is flying in alone from another city and will meet up with us. If for some reason we dont make it, she is stuck alone at MCO. Her renting is not an option.

What would be her options for getting there from MCO. Besides a cab ( how muc his one BTW).. Are there different services at MCO ( Mears ??) and what are their prices ball park.
