Trail's End - Gluten Free?

So I'm going down for my birthday in June and the DW is gluten-free. Have heard good things about what they do for GF folks at Trails End. Was wondering if anyone can share their experience.

Me, I'm just looking forward to fried chicken and ribs.

I never asked for fried chicken GF there.... can you? Otherwise they do well there as all buffets, they show me what I can have, and usually offer a special dessert which is always amazing.... I would love to try gf fried chicken....

My DH was made a special plate of salmon with vegetables. It was very good. He was walked through the buffet, too, and served an amazing dessert. He is dairy free, too, so that impacted what he could eat on the buffet. I remember him eating and enjoying the baked potato and beef, too.

You MUST ask for the corn bread. It's so good!!! The last time we were there the chef made a bunch for me to take back to the hotel to eat for breakfast. I gave my husband and brothers a taste and they said it was better than the regular corn bread!

Mmmmm I wish I had some now!!
