Trails End/Crocket's Tavern & DDP Credits

Hi,

I have a tripped planned in December. It will be our first stay in a cabin. I have a question about the DDP for Trails End & Crocket's Tavern.

Can we order the fried chicken to go on the DDP and does it count as counter service or sit down?

I'm assuming the dinner buffet at Trail's End is considered a sit down credit. Do they have anything for breakfast that would be counter service?
