Trail's End and MK rope drop

Hello all! I'm toying with the idea of visiting Trail's End as my departure day breakfast. I had planned to eat at one of the Monorail resorts and then head to MK to meet some characters.

Is it possible to make it from TE to MK for rope drop at 9am if my ADR is for 7:30am?

It should be possible to do TE @ 7:30 and be at MK by 9. I have been in and out of TE breakfast in 30-45 minutes before, which would leave plenty of time to get to MK by 9.
