Traffic Placentia to Mickey and Friends parking

Hi all, we're spending one day at the parks Monday (opening at 8am), June 4th and staying in Placentia.
What is the traffic like from Placentia down 57 and what would be a good time to leave our hotel? The route map says approximately 19 minutes, but I don't think that allows for workday traffic.
