Traffic - how busy on Fridays?

We want to go on a trip to the Kenndey Space Center while we're in Disney in October. We've got a choice between a Tuesday or a Friday. Does anyone know if the roads to KSC are far busier on Fridays? - i.e. like travelling North on a Friday in the UK which is a total nightmare and to be avoided at all costs!

you would be leaving early in the morning, so i don't see how tuesday and friday would be any different...
both days have a LOT of traffic in the morning for rush hour..

you have to leave very very early to get to KSC for opening time...
you want to be there at opening as lots of people visit KSC.....in other words, you have to get there before rope drop...actually before that if you have to buy tickets when you get there..

i think if it were me i'd go on a tuesday....don't know why, but i would pick the middle of the week...
but for no real reason...
