Trading post prices

Can anybody give me an idea of the current prices for common items at the trading post. Items like bread, milk, bottled water, eggs, and pop. I found a nice list someplace, but it was 2006 prices.

They can be pretty pricey, a can of that spray cheese stuff was $7.95! Here's a bit more info

I bumped an old thread for you too for a bit of info. I would imagine a 15% price increase from the 2006 price list would get pretty close.

My advice would just be to make a grocery run to the Winn-Dixie if you have a vehicle.
