What are the guidelines for trading pins that have the special card backgrounds?
My gf has a love of most things Dumbo (no comments from the peanut gallery on what that might say about me) and as such has been buying tins and boxes that contain the random pin inserts trying to get the Dumbo ones. We really don't have a want for most of the other ones...with the exception of my fascination with Mr. Toad and a some other special LE pins.
Are these type of pins commonly traded? If so, what are the official unofficial guidelines?
