My 6x Levitation for Inferno fell through, so I'm here trading my DMR Rewards for Levitation, and codes for the new items:
Autowin for my Mickey Window: 4* Levitation
Autowin for my Red Stitch Hat: 5* Levitation
Autowin for my Inferno: 6x Levitation (5* and 1*)

Good question. I am able to get the DMR items. I have the points, but I haven't decided which item to redeem.

The magic amounts are autowins if you are looking for a DMR item.
