Trader Sams later at night

We have only been to Trader Sams right when they open. I know at that time, you have to be there early to get in when they open.
For our next trip, we are looking at going later at night, after 8 pm or 9. Does the crowd die down later at night, or will there still be a wait? We will be there mid October.
We are trying to decide between Trader Sams and Top of the World lounge.

Does the crowd die down later at night, or will there still be a wait?

We showed up there later one night - I think it was around 10:30 and we had a wait of about 20-30 minutes. Waiting wasn't too bad because they took our cell number and were just wandering around the resort. As we were wandering around we somewhat decided to head back to the room and part way back we got the text, so we went to the bar of course. It seemed dead when we got there (probably around 11pm at that point). So i guess you just don't really know, but with the option of them texting you could put your name in and then decide if you stay or venture to TOWL. I think you have 10 minutes to return, so you really can't wander that far.
