Trader Sam's Allergies

I was just looking over the Trader Sam's menu and I noticed a lot of the cocktails have orgeat or falernum which contain almond ingredients. Does Trader Sam's allow for these ingredients to be omitted from the drink? I'm specifically looking to order the Hippopoto-MaiTai for a souvenir glass. Has anyone who has tree nut allergies encounter this before?

I am allergic to ginger so I can't have the falernum. If I recall they recommended not taking the falernum out of a drink as it would drastically change the taste so I steered clear of anything with falernum. They never said they couldn't omit it though.

I am allergic to tree nuts. I was told the only safe drinks were the Polynesian Pearl, Tiki tikis tiki tiki tiki rum, Tahitian torch and Spikey Pineapple (this one I think is only served on the Terrace where I ordered it, the waitress said this would probably be the safest as it is mixed in a dedicated machine).

They'll sell you a glass without the drink in it. Same price, mind you, but beats hives or worse.
