TracyDan, I am desperate to know if you have made any progress with Cypress Gardens regarding your wedding and your deposit?

We have left messages daily and they have ignored us. We are now disputing the charge with Visa. Have you been able to speak with anyone at CG????

Sorry not been in touch been busy over the past few days and feeling a bit let down still about the whole situation.

We have not heard anything further from Cypress Gardens but have referred the matter to our Visa company and they are going to take the matter up for us.

Still trying to find a wedding venue.
