So I have been hanging out on these pages for months just reading, taking notes, and enjoying everyone else's vacations. Finally our time had come.

The Cast

Brandy (Me) - Minnie
Brice (DH) - Goofy
Brynna (DD - 5) - Cinderella
Bronson (DS -1) - Max (He camped out with Grandma for the week)

First off we booked the Land and Sea Package. We made a very tough decision to leave DS behind because we just didn't think a one year old was ready for the exhausting adventures of trying to do Disney World in three days. I personally think it was the right decision but I did see a lot of babies aboard our cruise and it really made me wish DS could have come along. I will briefly brush over the Land portion.

Thursday (Day 1) - Animal Kindom for the afternoon & Epcot for the evening
Friday (Day 2) - Magic Kingdom
Saturday (Day 3) - Hollywood Studios
Sunday (Day 4) - We board the beautiful Wonder............

I must point out one major concern that I had on Sunday. We used Disney's transportation from AKL to the Port and we boarded the ship around 2:45. By the time we got on the ship and went to drop our carry-ons at our room (luggage was already there), the Beach Blanket Buffet was closed and our DD didn't have much time to swim before the safety drill. I would have like to board the boat around noon. Other than that, transportation was great. Another piece of information is for those of you doing the land and sea package, if you would like to do laundry, the best time is right when you get on the boat. I washed and dryed 3 tubs!! So after pulling our very grumpy DD out of Mickey's Pool, we headed to the safety drill. Short and sweet.:yay:
We ran back to the room to grab our camera and away we went to the Sail Away Party. It was a lot of fun. Our DD loved it and when the characters came out, she was estatic. After the party, we went to the room for showers and to get ready for the show.

I will continue more later but for now I am sleepy. We had a long day of traveling and to be honest it doesn't seem real that this morning I was waking up to an annoucement beginning with When You Wish Upon a Star and now I am sitting at home (in Texas) typing about a trip that FLEW by.:sad2:

Picking up where I left off......... We went back to the room to get ready for the show. I checked out the Navigator and noticed that Bingo was scheduled for 7:15 so we decided after the show we would try that. On our first cruise (Holland America to Alaska) my DD and I loved playing Bingo together. The first show was the Golden Mickeys. We enjoyed the show but towards the end my DD started to get bored. I would recommend taking a light jacket with you because there were several places on the boat that were quite chilly. The show lasted just over an hour so after that we headed to Wavebands for Bingo. The last game ended just as it was time for our 8:15 dinner seating at Animator's. We managed to get Table 60, which was a four top table. I was kind of looking forward to eating with another family so that my DD might make a friend but oh well. Our servers were excellent and made us feel very welcome. They recommended things as well as told us to order whatever we wanted including more than one entree! So we did!! By the time we got to dessert we were stuffed. After dinner we went to the Oceaneer Club just to check it out. I promised my DD we wouldn't leave her there yet. She was very hesitant to go to the club alone. We stayed in there for about 15 minutes while she checked out all of the areas. The counslers seemed a little unoraganized but with it being the first night I am sure it was crazy for them.
