I'm so excited I can hardly breathe.
I have been patiently waiting for free dinning to come back. And now it's here!!!! Within 10 minutes of seeing the announcement I was on the phone with Disney and booked our trip. September 20th - 28th (free dinning ends on the 20th... but as long as you start your vacation on the 20th you can have the free dining for the whole thing)

The Cast---

Me- In love with all things Disney (except the Snow White ride... it scares the bajezes out of me). I have been going to Disney since I was a little girl. I won't go into my whole Disney history since it is on my first TR (link below).

DH Shawn- He used to be one of those husbands that said, "We're not going to Disney every year." and turned into "I haven't been to Disney World in over a year... When are we going!!!" He started saying this about eight months after our February trip

DS Dexter- Just about the coolest 3 year old you will meet! I'm sure every mother thinks that their child is the cutest, smartest little person around - But mine really is. This will be his fifth time to the world. He went at 6 weeks (big mistake) 9 months (so much fun) 23 months (woo whoo) and 2.5 years (he still remembers and talks about this trip). He has been asking to go back for a few months now. Every time we leave the house and I ask, "Do you know where we are going?" He says, "Disney World!!!" So I felt it was my motherly obligation to book this trip as soon as the free dinning came around.

DD Skylar- She is our happy ending (those of you who read our first TR understand). Our family is now completed. She was born on February 7th of this year and will be just shy of 8 months when we travel. She is bright eye-ed and very strong... a bit of a cry-er... but that's ok.

My Parents - AKA BigGuy and Bama. You haven't seen the cutest thing in the world until you see a little person say, "BigGuy come here." Dexter loves my parents. BigGuy seems to be his best buddy at times.
Dexter and me went with my parents last year to Disney during free dining. They started the tradition with to throw pennies into the fountain. But in order to get the pennies Dexter had to dance first. (Did I mention that my mom is weird some times??) He loved it, he would do his little twirl and then happily run over to the nearest fountain and toss the penny in. A man walked by while he was dancing for pennies and actually gave him a few more. Don't worry as soon as we got home the dancing for money stopped, we do not have him performing on corners for money (although maybe if we did we could upgrade to a deluxe resort).

So that's everything for now. I will be calling tomorrow to make Dinning plans. I'll let you know what we are able to get into.

I'm glad they let you extend your "Free Dining Days". I've been seeing mixed reviews with some that got it and some that didn't. I bet the crowds really die out after the 20th and you will have a great time with less people at the parks. Did you get your MYW tickets for those days in your package price?

Congratulations on your baby girl !!! She is beautiful ! I read your last tr and now I'm here for this one. I bet Dexter is a great big brother and can't wait to show his baby sister all around the World introducing her to Mickey Mouse and the gang.
We will also be there for free dining but earlier in the month, Sept 5-14, with my parents.
Can't wait to hear which restaurants you choose.

There wasn't any problem at all with the dates. I actually just booked my mom's room today and the cast member didn't even hesitate. Right now we just have Base tickets - I'm sure we will upgrade to park hoppers once we get there.

We have Teppan Edo, Chef Mickey's, and Le Cellier so I think those are great choices! We have eaten at Cap'n Jack's and Crystal Palace on previous trips and liked them! WCC and Kona sound like they would be good additions!

So I don't get much time alone with Lil-Sky but Dexter is spending the night at my parents house.
This is what happens when Mommy gets time alone with her baby girl -

Ok - back to Disney... has anyone ever eaten at Raglan Road Irish Pub at Downtown Disney? Our 9 year anniversary is in the beginning of September and we are thinking about celebrating it in Disney. Maybe leave the kids with my parents and go out for dinner & a movie.
