It will probably be a couple of days before I can get caught up on journals. I have a lot of stuff to catch up on here at home and for DH's work.

We had a great time in Florida and the weather was so beautiful....We didn't want to come home! ;)

Have a great weekend!:grouphug:

Welcome Home Tracy!!! We missed you around here. So glad to hear you had a nice trip to WDW :sunny:. Hopefully you didn't go home to really awful weather...but I know Ohio has been hit hard with ice and snow. We've been dealing with it too. I cannot wait to go to WDW in January!!! :goodvibes

Hey there, so glad you had fun and wonderful weather! And I am thankful you made it home safe and sound, there's a lot of icy nasty weather around the U.S. these days!

Have fun getting caught up ;) and welcome home! We missed you but knew you were having fun.:)

Hi Tracy!

Glad you had a great trip...we want details!! :goodvibes:

Thanks for the welcome home everyone! :grouphug:

We have been super busy the past few days trying to get caught up with real life. I miss WDW a lot! :sad1:

It's kind of hard being home. The bills, laundry, and mess are still here and I'm still in Disney mode. :( We really had a great vacation. The week with the in laws went much better than expected and the weather was absolutely beautiful. :cloud9:

While we were in Florida, my cousin passed away very unexpectedly. He wasn't feeling well so his wife took him to the hospital. While there, he had a massive heart attack and died. He was only 52 years old. :sad1: The funeral is scheduled for today, but we are unable to attend. Prayers for Steve's family would be much appreciated. :grouphug:

In other news, my DH finally fixed my dryer after being broken for almost 6 months! It wasn't so bad in the summer because I could put the clothes out on the line, but now that winter weather has set in, I really needed the dryer to work. All I can say is...Thank you, Lord for a husband who can fix cars and dryers too!:goodvibes

Tracy -- WoW!! It sounds like your family had a magical time at Disney! I am so happy for you. How awesome that the girls are enjoying new rides each trip. Even at 19, my DD looks for something new to do each trip and just LOVES the whole planning process. It is great to hear that even the things beyond your control, like weather and time with the IL's were so good. :sunny:

Have a great day, sweetie! Thank you so much for visiting my journal! I am really looking forward to sharing my new commitment to getting fit and staying fit with my WISH friends. I am so glad to know that you are still here with me!

Hey girl~

I am back for my once in a while check in and am glad to hear you had such a nice trip. Always pretty down there at Christmas time and so festive/happy!:goodvibes

I may or may not restart a journel. I don't know if I can commit to keeping up one, even though I have been on the healthy track for 6 months now. We'll see.

Have a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Hi Cam and Wilderness! Thanks for stopping by!:grouphug:

Cam~ Of course I'm still with you! We're family....that's what WISH sisters are for!

Wilderness~ It's great to "see" you.:goodvibes If you do decide to start another journal, I will definitely stop by. How are you doing?

Good evening friends,

The past couple of days have been rough....It's hard to get back to reality after such a nice vacation. I've been eating a lot of junk food and my body is revolting. Sad I did make good food choices in Florida, but after we came home to Ohio, the good choices went right out the window. :sad2:

I did manage to get about 20-30 minutes of dancing in today. I still feel bloated and yucky from the chips though.

I am looking forward to January 1st. I feel like I need a new start on my healthy living journey.

Hope everyone has a great evening!:grouphug:

Hey Tracey---I totally know the feeling about getting back on track after a vacation--especially after being away at WDW for two weeks! WTG for getting that dancing in each day!

So sorry to hear about your cousin..my thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Sounds like you all had an awesome time in WDW and got to do some cool things....I am so glad to hear you loved Le Cellier---we are heading there for dinner after the marathon in January! Can't wait! That is so cool that your DDs can go on RocknRoller Coaster! one of my favorites!!!!

And Osborne Lights---all I can say is AMAZING!!! I saw them for the first time a few weeks ago, and all I could do was stand there and stare when we went...they are unbelievable!!

time to go get ready for my hockey game---enjoy the rest of the week!

Hi Tracy,

It sounds like you had a wonderful trip. I can relate to the "getting back to reality" feeling. Glad DH got the dryer fixed. There's nothing worse than frozen clothes.;)

I'm sorry to hear about your cousin. I will pray for the family.

Take care,
Beth

Thanks Laurie and Beth.

I can't believe how fast Christmas is approaching! Here is what the next few days look like in our household:

Today: Cleaning the kids' room  We have been home less than 1 week and their room is a disaster already.:sad2: I'm also having coffee with a friend this evening and may or may not go to a Christmas party my BIL is throwing.

Tomorrow:Grocery Shopping for the next two weeks. Holiday baking included.:santa:

Saturday/Sunday: Holiday Baking/ Christmas Movie Marathon, Church, Maybe shopping with my MIL for Christmas Eve dinner

Monday: Christmas with my in laws

Tuesday: Christmas with my family, my aunt and uncle in the afternoon, and my parents in the evening

Wednesday:: After Christmas clearance, gotta start shopping for 2008!:woohoo:

All in all, we have a fun few days ahead of us. Once we get the kids' room clean and the rest of the house straightened up, we'll be all set to go.

I'll try and get to journals either today or tomorrow! Have a great day!:grouphug:

Hey there! Looks like you guys had a great time at WDW! We have plans to try Le Cellier! Glad you like it!

Looks like you'll be busy this coming weekend/up coming week! Can't we somehow get more than 24 hours in a day??? :goodvibes

Hope you have a great weekend!
