Good morning WISH friends,
Yesterday was a good day, but I was in pain all day long.
My right side hurts quite a bit. I don't think anything is broken. I think I pulled a few muscles in my neck, back, and shoulders and I am bruised a bit. Hopefully, the pain will go away soon.
Today's Plan:
* Homeschool
* eBay
* Rewards Programs
* Start straightening bedrooms
* Soak in a hot tub and hope that it helps with the pain
* Do a Disney quote or two
I also want to subscribe to Tour Guide Mike (TGM), but I don't think he is allowing subscritions to be purchased yet after his website was down a few days. His service is wonderful, especially for what days to go to what parks!
Finally, I had another disconcerting moment on this weight loss journey last night. When we got home from Columbus, we decided to watch our movies from WDW from 2004 and 2005. I started my weight loss journey in 2004. There wasn't much of a difference in how I looked on video between those two years at all.
It is still so hard to watch myself on those videos and to have to acknowledge that I haven't made much progress.
I realize that baby steps are not easy for me. I have a tendency to be an "all or nothing" type of girl. I know in my head that baby steps are the key to long term changes in my life, but my all or nothing mentality often discourages me before I even get started. How to get through this....
It is something to think about and something I need to work on........
Hope everyone has a great day today!
