Hello there, just reading some journals to get some inspiration- great job getting your to-do lists done! Hmmm, if I put on a Bon Jovi cd, do you want to come to my house and straighten up? ;) It has been a while, and we are in the middle of a messy remodeling project, so the house is a little chaotic right now.

Congrats on doing the weigh in this am, and I am glad it wasn't as much as you anticipated. That is always a relief for me! The scale just doesn't seem to cooperate with me these days.

Have fun working on those Disney budgets! I have been enjoying planning our trip too, especially now that the cold snap has hit us here too in PA!

Yay for getting that list done! And I'm glad you have a positive attitude about your weigh-in. You are right, all of those things could have contributed to that blip on the scale. It'll go back down!

Excellent job keeping a good attitude about the scale number. I think changing bc pills is probably a very big factor. My house is finally clean and we have clean undies now since I also go laundry done. I thought about you when I was getting it done thinking about you far away doing the same thing! I just haven't felt organized since we got home from WDW, are you feeling the same? You are doing really well. Also, GREAT job doing a work out dvd that you knew would be better suited for you. Some of those FIRM workouts can be really intense. So good job not doing it and maybe making yourself to sore to exercise later in the week. And two homecooked meals in one day? Man, my dh would think he had died and gone to heaven! You are really off to a great start in 2007!

Thank you so much for all of your support!:grouphug: Today has been a very busy and chaotic day and I've been feeling kind of down..... My jeans are tight, TOM is a pain, organization is out the window, and I didn't get much accomplished today. I wanted to talk to my DH about Disney and our Disney budgets, but he wasn't really focused on it.... Ugh! :guilty:

I would like to ask for your prayers for my DSIL.... Last year, she was in her 5th month of pregnancy when the baby's heart stopped beating. She had to go through the whole labor and delivery process.... It was so hard. :sad1: We went to dinner with my DH's uncle tonight and she told me that she is pregnant again... We are all cautiously excited.... Please keep her and the baby in your thoughts and prayers. Thanks!:grouphug:

Tonight, my plan is to turn the TV off and do some reading... Disney reading of course! I'll try to get to bed early too....

Yesterday was a crazy, mixed up day... It was a good day, but my emotions were all over the place... I ate like crazy and I knew I was doing it!:mad: Because part of weight loss is accountability, I am posting what I ate with a great deal of embarassment. :blush:

Yesterday's Food:

B: 2 McDonalds Breakfast Burritos, 2 bites of a hashbrown, Coke

L: 2 Cinammon Pretzel Sticks from Auntie Annies, Coke

S: 3/4 of a bag of Funyuns

D: Reuben Sandwich, Fries, 3 Onion Rings, 1 Biscuit (Cracker Barrel)

S: 1 can of Campbell's Wedding Soup and 10 Town House Crackers

Needless to say, I woke up feeling quite heavy and yucky this morning.:scared: For about a half an hour, I argued with myself about exercising and watched infomercials instead. I decided enough was enough and got up and worked out. I tried the new FIRM video I have.... Maximum Body Shaping and I love it! It was a great 45 minute workout and I am feeling so much better!:yay:

Speaking of feeling better, DD4 is not feeling well today. Any good thoughts or prayers you can send her way would be much appreciated!:goodvibes


Today's Plan:

* Homeschool (x's 2)

* Straighten up the house

* Make dinner

* Go to the library

* Disney planning?

* Workout

Disney planning is what keeps me sane, hope you get to it today! As for your food yesterday, it happens. We all have those days, it was very good of you to post that. I must say your bad food days look a lot like mine! We like the same food Tracy! The best part of this is that today you moved on and worked out :cool1: ! Thats what matters the most. Because for the rest of your life you are going to have days when you overeat. But when its an occasional day followed by more important days of healthy eating and exercise, it doesn't matter in the long term. So good for you! You had a test that you passed with flying colors!

I hope dd is feeling better very soon:wizard: .

GREAT job getting that FIRM workout in. Once I start watching TV I have a really hard time stopping - especially to work out. AWESOME!!! :thumbsup2

And you know you have me thinking about Cracker Barrel now!! (unfortunately, we don't have any around me, or even in NJ I think - or is it fortunately? :rolleyes1 I LOVE that place!!)

You are the woman for posting your food on a rough day. I think most of us just say - had a rough day & didn't eat well....and don't actually put ourselves out there & post it. You are completely being accountable and that's a wonderful thing! :thumbsup2 :woohoo:

Like Tracey said, Tracy, tomorrow is a new day. Don't stress. Sometimes I think our bodies just need more.

Hope DD is getting better and it doesn't linger as it did with you. Sounds like things are looking up for DH. I'm still praying!!

I got my to do list done again today.... You know what the difference is? Keeping the TV off during daylight hours!:idea: It's amazing what you can get done when the TV is off! :rotfl: Who knew?!?!?!

Today's Food:

B: 2 cups of Cheerios (dry)
L: Caesar Salad, 1 small piece of lasagna (wanted 2; had 1:banana: )
D: Kielbasa, cabbage, and potatoes (2 small portions)
S: 2 small brownies with one scoop of ice cream

Not bad for today.... I really could have done without the brownies, but it was the only meal I could sit down and eat with my DH today.... Of course, he spent that time on the phone with his buddy.:rolleyes: At least, we were both sitting together.:rotfl:

Tomorrow's plans are way up in the air.... We may make a return trip to Erie, PA tomorrow, but the weather doesn't look too promising..... We'll have to wait and see what happens. Have a good night!:goodvibes

Good job getting right back on track after your bad day. Also very good to post the damage. I know that can be hard, but it does help me get back on track (don't want to have to post bad stuff again :rotfl2: )

:grouphug: Many, many P&PD for DSIL. I have had family members go through similar situations and it is truly heartwrenching. Here's :wizard: that this pregnancy will be easy and uneventful.

Yesterday did not end as well as it began... Around 10:00 p.m., I made the girls some popcorn and decided to have some because my stomach was a bit queasy.... Had some popcorn and couldn't keep it down. I went to bed not feeling well again. Woke up this morning feeling queasy and a little lightheaded.... I am postponing today's workout until I feel better.

DD4 is feeling better...:goodvibes Maybe she gave her "bug" to me... Thanks for sharing honey! ;)

Not sure what today's plans will be. DH has 2 service calls he needs to complete out in Erie, PA again... The weather doesn't look promising, but if we can get out there early enough, we should be okay....

Amy~ Thank you for your support! I have found that when I have a major food binge, I usually have a big workout the next day.... Somehow, I think the workout "magically" takes care of the 10,000 calories I have eaten the day before. ;)

Yeah, when I binge I tend to get a good workout in and drink lots of water hoping to flush away all the fat I ingested! It never hurts to try;). I hope you and your dd are feeling better. I hear ya on dh talking on the phone. Sometimes I just hate cell phones! I hope you have a safe weekend and that you can get to PA okay with the weather. Gotta love winter. Keep up your good work, you are doing great!
