THE "R" US RETURN POLICY
For Purchases made in an "R" Us store:
We will gladly accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date on most items sold at any Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us store in the United States and Puerto Rico, with the exception of video games/accessories/systems, computer software, VHS, DVD, music, electronics, radio control, trading cards and collectibles. see below when accompanied by a receipt.
To make the process easier and faster, please follow these easy steps:
1. Bring your purchase receipt. Receipts will help us process your return quickly and fairly. For your convenience, we also offer gift receipts for any item purchased, at any time. For returns or exchanges without the original receipt just present valid identification, such as driver's license or military ID. You may be issued a refund in the form of an "R" Us Merchandise Credit Card for the lowest promotional price in the past 30 days. We will limit returns and exchanges without the original receipt and reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME STORES WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT. BE SURE TO REVIEW THE REFUND POLICY POSTED IN THE STORE AND ON THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT TO DETERMINE THE REFUND POLICY IN EFFECT AT THAT STORE.
2. Please keep all packaging and accessories. To help us quickly process your return, please bring all original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals back to the store, along with the product you are returning. We will check the contents of all returned packages to ensure that you receive the correct item in exchange for the product you wish to return.
3. Please return items within the appropriate time period. We will be happy to exchange items within 45 or 90 days of the purchase date (depending on the product) or offer you a refund based on your method of payment. Please refer to the following chart:

We will accept returns within 45 days of the purchase date on the following products: Video games/accessories/systems, computer software, VHS, DVD, music, electronics, radio control items, trading cards and collectibles. The original receipt is required for a refund or exchange, and the item must be returned in it's unopened, factory sealed package. If the item has been opened, it can only be exchanged for an identical item.
Without a receipt, if permitted by the individual store's refund policy, all refunds will be given on an "R" Us Merchandise Credit Card.
The card provides store credit that can be used at any Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us store in the United States and Puerto Rico. "R" Us Merchandise Credit Cards can be used toward the purchase of any item in our stores but cannot be used for website purchases.

because it was something really cool and THEY wanted it, but I explained that God has blessed us and expects us to share with others who don't have as much. I told him that God will bless them for their generosity in giving to others. Well, sure enough, when Christmas with the family came around and they got that exact toy, they felt like they were blessed!
