I haven't tried it BUT if it has the Hasbro logo on it and the coupon doesn't exclude "you build it" in the print I would give it a go. I used mine on Disney versions of games, sometimes I find that things like that aren't part of the "deal" but this time it was fine. I used a $4 coupon at my Walmart to buy a Buzz Operation game ($17.77 - $4 = $13.77) and though I didn't have a problem the clerk looked at the coupon sooooo long it sort of made me start to squirm. I don't think it had anything to do with the coupon being printed, I think she was reading the fine print to see if it was only the original versions.

I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe because it is the same coupon? That is one thing I was careful of. I used on for Monopoly and one for Guess Who then got a free game with no coupon used for it. I made sure that the two I put coupons down on were from different types of coupons. Maybe that is how mine went through?

Its ok I think im actually going to forfeit that coupon now I know there is a guess who. Have to go back tomorrow anyway my daughter has decided on some playdoh things for christmas. Think i'll get sorry, connect 4 travel and guess who with 3 zoobles double packs use the 2 hasbro coupons and a 5 off 25. Then get the playdoh and use the 5 off 25.

In case anyone is interested, the Leapfrog TAG book Qs also work on the Tag Jr. books. I got 3 Tag Jr. books today for 6.54 after using three $4 off MQs and a $5/$25 TRU Q.

YMMV on this. I tried using three coupons on the TAG books and they would only let me use one. I went to a different TRU in town and it was the same policy.

Now I know why I never shop at TRU. (But I did get my Squinkies, so it wasn't a wasted trip.)

I just got home from TRU and I was a bit disappointed.

I went specifically for Imaginext. and the selection was pitiful. I wanted the Space Shuttle and the Aircraft Carrier for DS, but they only have the shuttle. After nearly 2 hours of trying to figure how to get the most for my money, I ended up getting the $40 shuttle and then two smaller $20 items. Not a horrible price, but it would have been nicer to get 3 big sets.

I did pick up 3 sets of LEGOs for the older two children - got $160-worth of sets for $105.

And some small Playmobil sets.

I also found a GI JOe set on clearance for $20 (came with 4 guys and a vehicle). And some knock-off versions of LEGOs (forget the brand) but they had some neat army guys and they are CHEAP.

All in all, I spend $250 and nearly finished shopping for my youngest. Just a few more things for the older two and I am DONE.

Just wish I could have gotten my Imaginext that I wanted.

Thanks to this thread, I went to TRU today and got:

3 sets of Playmobil - 2 of the Egyptian sets and 1 set for DD w/ unicorns
3 Hasbro games
1 Squinkie set

All for $118! I also used the $4 off coupon on the games!

Is this coupon good if the total is $25 or more BEFORE the 3rd one is taken off? Or does the total have to be $25.00 AFTER the 3rd one rings free?

I was so upset after my trip today. I was trying to by 3 of the Lego games with the buby 2 get 1 free. I get to the counter and they tell me that they don't count that they have to be lego construction sets. I argued with them for awhile and then just gave up and told them to keep them! I left with my 3 Tag books and drove my hour long drive back home very angry.

If you havent already, you should try to look online. If you spend $100 you get free shipping and they seem to have better stock. I really scored on the 3 big playmobil sets I wanted...so it might be worth a try.

I agree about the Imaginext and online is not much better. I really wanted the batman set. Although they have the big one, the only other ones they had were $10.99 each so not a great deal. I did get the following:

1st order

3 playdoh sets $5.99 each
3 marvel superhero duos $6.99 each (i had the hasbro $1 off coupons)
also $5/25

so cost me $17.

2nd order

3 jr. tag books (10.99) and used 3 $4 coupons
3 color wonders at $3.99 each

with 5/25 coupon, paid $14.

Yup, I third the Imaginext disappointment. Ours didn't stock much to begin with, what they did have was picked over. Online isn't a lot better unless you want to buy 3 BIG playsets. I like to have whole collections, though, so that would mean doing one order for big ones, one for smaller ones, etc... to get that deal. Not worth it, IMHO, especially since I'm underwhelmed by the sets. I kind of like the space one but I decided not to get into the character ones. My 11 yo handed down the castle and treehouse sets to my 6 yo, to me they are much neater than what I was seeing.

I went back today and picked up a few more items before the current sale expires. I got:

5 Zhu Zhu pet accessories and "Moo" - DD/DS will be getting a stroller and motorcycle, respectively. I also got the ball for DD and Moo for DS (he is getting the "boy" ones for his bday but he loved Moo LOL, his daddy may die when he sees it) I got a second stroller and a race car for the little girl and boy who come to my house in the mornings. They are riding to school with us while their mom is in school and they are having a birthday party next weekend so their gifts were FREE I also got DS 6 a Tag reader set and extra book, Mr and Mrs potato heads in the big potato head packs and a sit and spin (he is tiny, tiny for 6 and he loooves to spin so I hope this works out ) Since he loves Toy Story and is getting Buzz and Woody for his birthday in November we will tell him this is Mr and Mrs Potato Head from the movie

At first I only had 3, but found 4 boxes on a top shelf and opened them up. Also picked him up a case that was on clearance to hold all those bugs for christmas.
