That I am not sure of. I just know if you google "is there a Toy Story 4 in the works" it brings up quite a few articles that suggest Tom Hanks has said they are currently working on Toy Story 4. I had also watched an interview with John Lasseter of Pixar last week and he hinted that Toy Story 4 was in the works.
