Toy Story Mania - FP time

We have fastpasses for noon. How long should I plan for the FP wait be at that time?

We will be there before Christmas, the 19th, so Christmas crowd will be starting to build.

Anywhere from 15-30 minutes.

We were there the week before Thanksgiving on a recommended Hollywood Studios day with a FP around 2 or so. The FP line looked long, but it only took about 22 minutes to get on. The time passed quickly - I think because we were usually always moving. They said they were trying to keep the FP line to a 20 minute wait. Will be interesting to know if they try to do the same during the busier park times.
