Toy Story Lot Shuttle - Security? Best Access Point?

Hi there,

We used the Toy Story Lot for 1 night in May, and there was not security there, now that it's summer, will there be security/bag check there? I can't quite remember, but I think it looked like they had the equipment for it? Also, best access point/shortest walk please

They have the equipment but I think it’s operating first thing in the morning only.

In our experience, they use the security during peak times, when they have staffing. Otherwise, you go through security at the transportation center.

Thank you, also, where do you load the buses these days? As in, if you are walking in (not parking) to take the bus, which is closest entrance?

I'm not sure that I understand your question. If you were there in May, it should be the same location. You can enter by foot on either Harbor or Katella.

No worries, I should clarify- the first time we used this, we were staying at the Clarion, and we walked in from Harbor, across from the Clarion, walked down a short ways, and loaded the buses, where the circle is, if you look at a map.
When we stayed in May 1 night at the Clarion, we went in the same way, but had to walk diagonally across the lot, and loaded the buses at a different spot- it probably would have been faster to stay say at the Hampton on that side of the parking lot- does that make sense?

The first time we used this parking lot in 2020 I think it was, we got on the buses at the circle, top right hand side of the yellow park, however when we were there in May, we got on I think where the red pin is- can anyone advise currently where you board the buses/disembark the buses?

Not at the red pin. See the light grey slash above and just to the right of the pin? That’s the boarding/debarking area. If you increase size, there’s a blue bus symbol (I think) and “Disney Toy Story Parking Lot” written in white in that area.

Yep. The green awning is security (when security is open).

Yes. You can see the bus at the top of the picture turning in to drop off and then pick up.
