Toy Story Friends meet at Paradise Pier California Adventure?

Do the Toy Story characters rotate at Paradise Pier or are they usually the same? What should we expect for a wait time around 2 in the afternoon? We have an ADR at Ariel's Grotto and want to have enough time to do the meet first. Thanks in advance!

It's either Buzz, Woody, or Jessie, and they tend to rotate in a set pattern, I think every 20 minutes. The CM handler will have a sheet with the times if you're looking for a particular one. We've never waited more than about 15 minutes in the line (from the last set of ropes), but we usually go during slow times.

As of last Nov they rotated between Woody, Buzz, & Jessie, i think every 30 minutes. The wait was never more than a couple minutes, but it as windy so they were kind of hidden behind the large gazebo to the right of the Silly Symphony Swings instead of their normal back drop down the way (towards the carousel from SSS)
