Toy Story 3 movie deals-$8 coupon NOW LIVE-link in first post

My TRU would not give me my $5 back because I did the BATB deal. I was half tempted to let her try and ring up +$10-$5 just to see if she could. :rotfl2:

I got the TRU deal
DD wanted the Pixar Shorts for Christmas so I got

TS3 Blu Ray $35
Pixar Shorts DVD $20
$8 coupon
I think with Tax is came to $50 and change
and I got the Wall Clock and the $10 gift card.
I figure with the $10 GC I could put it towards a Fancy Nancy DS game for DD or a wrestler for one of my cousins for Christmas so I think that deal suited us best.
I already did the Campbells offer with BATB, hey did anyone get their check in the mail yet for that? I sent mine out like 3 days after its release.

Ooooh, I have been looking everywhere for a minion, I will have to do this!!

Oh, I am so getting this too! DD and I LOOOOOOVE that movie and she actually has a minion that we picked up at Dave and Busters of all places. (That was right after the movie came out though, but who knows, maybe they still have them? I looked it up on eBay recently and the one we got at D&B was going for $75! Ridiculous.)

Anyway, I am heading to Best Buy tonight to do my TS3 business. Need to use my recycle GCs anyway. May or may not try to get my $5 back from the TrU deal...

I want the minion! Guess I need to go preorder it. DH is going to kill me with all the movies I'm buying over the next 4 or 5 weeks :lmao:

I just got back from Walmart. And while they accepted my coupon without question, I was charged $29.99 before the coupon was applied. It didn't feel right to me, but I couldn't find a sign.

I just checked online and the Blu-Ray is advertised on the website for $24.98. Do you think I can print it out and get a price adjustment? Or is it just an online special? (The nearest Target is 35 minutes away....)

I bought one at Walmart this morning for 24.96

Was this SoM on Blu Ray? Where did you get $2 off?

Nevermind, I found one. But I never would have looked without this post, thanks!!

For those of you who are interested in SoM's coupon (and there are others on there as well, I think Ice Age 3 is one), you can get them from coupons.com. And elgerber, yes, it is a Blu-ray, and a DVD. It also come with a book that has pictures from the making of SoM I believe.
HTH! :goodvibes

I saw the Despicable Me for preorder. Thanks pp. I saw for only 5 more dollars you can get the 3D version. I was just looking into getting that 3D system for our TV. I'm techie challanged. Does anyone know if I want to watch the Blu Ray in the regular way will it look strange if I'm not using 3D technology? Know what I mean. Like the few times I've gone to 3D movies if I took off the glasses it looked strange. Do the new blurays do that also?

Yes. I was still able to make the return. I did nothing other than stand in the line and state I would like to return the presale. The girl typed in the computer and handed me a $5 (I'd paid cash for BATB).

Hmmm, now I may just go and try to do this return as well. I figured I still made $5 on the deal but if I can get another $5 back, I'll do it!

I decided to purchase at Walmart and got the 4 disc (2 BR + DVD + Digital copy) for $24.96. The orginal sign said $29.99 but then it had a Sale sign over it for less. They took my $8 coupon so I got it for $16.96 :banana:

I'm very happy since I don't need anything else -- I even skipped the 3 plush dolls at Best Buy ... I figure if they go on sale, then I'll purchase them. If not, no problem.

I bought one at Walmart this morning for 24.96

Me too ... minus the $8 coupon = $16.96.

Thanks to PP who got this price at WM and posted here!! It was the cheapest I found. I also purchased the Campbell's soups and will do that rebate. If I get the $5 back from TRUS, then it'll be better yet!

I just got back from Target, and I had to get the one with the Buzz. I really don't want that, but I wanted a digital copy and it was all they had left. I didn't feel like trying Walmart, or going anywhere else. If by chance I find it somewhere later this week, I will return this one.
I did also get my SoM with the coupons, thanks so much!! This is one movie I have been wanting on Blu Ray for a long time!

I'm supposed to be watching TS3 right now but my ds broke the disc when he was angrily trying to get it out of the case  He sure is lucky that I got it at CVS because I'm making him pay for it.

Hope you all are enjoying yours :sad1:

Has anyone bought just the blu-ray at TRU without the clock? I know with the princess and the frog they were offering a purse or something. I bought that blu-ray without the purse and a credit was automatically rang up for the purse. I am hoping that the same thing will happen with TS3 because I don't want the clock and then the price would be 34.99 - 14.99 = 20 less the $8 coupon and less $5 prepay to make it $7!!!

No, I haven't tried that. I know with one of the movies when they ran out of the "extra" thing, I did not get a price adjustment since they said "quantities are limited".

So I'm very curious if this will work. I hadn't even thought of it but if it does work for you then that is the cheapest price yet!! And don't forget the rebate offers for more discounts!

I received the best deal ever, we were at Target with my $8 coupon bought the DVD combo for $24.99 among some other items. At check out the guy scanned the DVD and then the coupon it dropped the price to nothing, he called the manager over still the same thing, they even tried to ring up by itself and yep it kept coming up at $0. He said alot of people are using coupons on the DVD and that's the first he saw today. He said I was in luck and went by what kept ringing up at the register and recieved the the dvd free!! It was a blessing as I didn't have the money to buy it in the first place (maternity leave) but our son is home sick and I thought it would cheer him up watching the new movie. Soemone was thinking of us up above!!

I got mine at TRU this morning. I bought it along with Oceans and was able to use the $8 DMC and the $6 Oceans coupon. I got the clock and $10 gc. They wouldn't give me the popcorn. They said I hadn't spent $30 on TS merchandise because I used a coupon. I wish they would be consistent. Overall I spent $33 OOP. (I had some money left on the gc I got with TB3)

I did this at TRU today without the clock and didn't get an additional discount. It was earlier in the day and they still had clocks - I just didn't want one.

Congrats on the great outcome! Hope your son enjoys it and you can always give a quick thanks to God for that miracle when you watch it. I'm not sure how else to explain that one! :goodvibes:thumbsup2
