Townhouse Community near MK with Splash Pool

We are going for 3 nights only in April. Right now we are booked at Orange Lake in a 2 bedroom suite. However, I found some pictures of Paradise Palms townhouses with the splash pool and I really liked them.

Are there other communities near the Magic Kingdom with splash pools? So fare I know of Encantada and Paradise Palms. Which would you recommend? Any specific properties people have stayed at?

Encantada looks older than Paradise Palms, but seems to have a ton of restaurants nearby. A HomeAway lister said that Paradise Palms doesn't like to do 3-day stays, even though their listing didn't have a minimum stay.

Any other advice is welcome. We haven't rented from VRBO, HomeAway, or an independent owner and would love any helpful info.

Closest two resorts to MK (2 and 3 miles respectively). Both have plenty of townhome choice with plunge pools.
