Towncrier - any thought of a fall Yankee Peddler get-together?

I really enjoyed the meet in September 2003. I know that was arranged because of figmentvi's visit to the area, but I'd be game to return to your neck of the woods for another Yankee Peddler weekend trip.

Sounds like an excellent idea. I'm there all three weekends (of course). The 2nd weekend is usually the busiest, but never too busy to still have an enjoyable time. Someone needs to pick a date.

Which would YOU choose, John? In 2003, the meet was the weekend of Sept. 20th. Not sure if that was the 2nd or 3rd weekend of the festival because Labor Day was Sep. 1st that year. As far as I can tell now - I could go any weekend. I'm hoping to go to the Indy DIS meet Labor Day weekend, so it would be easier for me to not go to Ohio the following weekend. But if the first weekend is when people want to go - I'll do my best to be there!

Just found out...I might be going to Harrisburg, PA for a birthday party on Sat., Sept. 23rd, so I could be in the Yankee Peddler area Friday night and Sat. a.m. Any interest out there?

I might like to do this. I've never been to Yankee Peddler but have lots of friends who have been there. Have to check my calendar and the maps to see the driving distance.

I do think any of those weekends are good so far! I need to double check with a friend of mine on a class reunion I am going to. I know he said end of september, but not sure of the exact date.

I'd love to be there too! I've got some volunteer work on one of those weekends, so if I know ahead of time I can rearrange my turn in the barrel there.
