Recent experience with any of these Sunshine Flyer, Happy Limousine, Tiffany Town car, Florida Tours - 2 people. Or another service I didn't mention, thank you.
 
We used happy limo for transportation to/from MCO. I'd use them again.
 


We used Tiffany in April. They were waiting for us when we landed and picked us up right on time for our return flight. Would def use them again.
 
Well my Tiffany reservation was just canceled and when trying to book Happy - does it not allow to make a round trip reservation?

I went through this too but it does allow you to book both ways . You have to enter all the info for your pickup and then it will ask if you also want to add the return trip.

Why was your Tiffany reservation cancelled? Did you cancel it or did they?
 


They canceled it; after it was confirmed as no availability and said they were processing my refund. I had booked round trip.

That is odd. Did you happen to book a Saturday trip for this month?
 
I booked a Friday trip for this month and realize I should have booked much sooner.

Was asking because I just booked Tiffany for October. There are 10 of us and I don't want to get cancelled. Hopefully I've booked early enough!!!

They have a disclaimer on their website that they are booked for Saturdays in May so that is just why I asked.
 
We used Tiffany last month & they were ok. Our flight landed at MCO about 20 min late but we were the ones waiting at baggage claim for our driver to show up. DH called her several times & was told each time that she was on her way. When she got there she tried to say she had been there all along. Umm, no she wasn't.
The day before our ride back to MCO I called to confirm & they seemed annoyed that I did. (I confirm everything travel related, I hate taking chances!)
Overall, Tiffany was fine but I won't be using them again.
 
We used Tiffany’s last month as well, and we had a wonderful experience with them. Both when we were arriving and when we were taking off we received a text the day before confirming the time. When we arrived at baggage claim the driver was waiting for us with a sign. On the way home, they were a few minutes late, but I received a text from the driver stating that. Maybe you got a less than stellar driver? A lot of the success is up to them and communicating any potential issues. However you should’ve received confirmation the day before each leg of your trip to confirm the time. Don’t know why you did not.🤷‍♀️
 
Orlando Limo Tours we have used twice now and like them alot. On time drivers, clean car, SAFE driver! Made roundtrip online for coming Oct arrival too. 174.00 including the tip! Paid ahead and all set!. They text with info on which door to meet at outside luggage area. On return to MCO they were at our resort early by a few min each time and we were on our way! Many angry people waiting for shuttle either Mears or Sunshine and they ended up calling a taxi. I like booking ahead and having it set. 145 plus the 20% tip seems fair too.

I had a similar experience with them two weeks ago. When we flew down in September of last year, they were still waiting outside for you and would call you( I guess due to Covid). Thus, I thought nothing of it while we were waiting for our luggage and they weren’t there but thought It off hadn’t received a text from them like I usually have in the past. I called and their dispatch was so incredibly rude, even got to the point where he asked me if I wanted to service or not. Arguing with me that the driver has tried calling me multiple times. The story changed so many times that he was stuck in traffic, then he was in the airport waiting and we didn’t see him, etc. etc. Turned off the driver was texting and calling the wrong phone number. It prompted me to respond to this because I’m actually looking on here right as I type Looking for a new service to use for our September trip
 
Add me to the list of people who didn't have a great experience with Tiffany. (This was in November.) We also had to wait a while at baggage claim for the driver and call to inquire as to the driver's location, then he seemed irritated with us when he arrived at baggage claim and said maybe three words to us the entire time. Then someone called me on the drive to pass along a message to the driver about his next pick-up. It wasn't an awful experience but it wasn't great. I will likely try Tony Hinds for our next trip.
 
We also weren’t happy with Tiffany last week. On the way there, our driver was nowhere to be found even though he called us and told me to call him when we got off the plane. We did that and still waited 5-10 minutes after getting our luggage for him to arrive. He also didn’t have a sign or anything indicating he was our driver. We only figured it out when we saw him answer our phone call. Then he seemed annoyed that we had a grocery stop requested on our reservation. Luckily I used Instacart so it was curbside pickup from Publix and just a quick stop. Finally, he loaded two large jugs of water from our order in the trunk, one of which hit the ground and burst open when he popped the trunk so we could unload our things at the resort. Not his fault per se, just frustrating for us.

On the way back they had scheduled us to be picked up 3.5hrs prior to our flight departure which was also not ideal. Then the driver arrived 20min early to the hotel and called to ask why we weren’t ready. And the drive back to the airport felt very scary - lots of swerving around traffic, cutting into lanes and at one point I even saw him texting while driving.

I will not use them again and wouldn’t recommend them either.
