Tower of Terror video with MM

I thought there was a video of ToT, similar to what you get with 7DMT on Memory Maker?? Has this been discontinued?

Our 7DMT video showed up in MM, but we ride ToT on Monday, then again today...and there is no video!? Can anyone explain what is going on?

I never used MM but I can view on photopass...make sure you're selecting DHS.

As of March when we went we did get the ToT video as part of Memory Maker. It was done in a similar fashion to the 7DMT one

We got it on MM. As Disney Wisher said, make sure you hit the tab for Studios when viewing MM.

Did you scan your Magic Bands after the ride? That's what we did after both rides and we have both videos. With the SDMT it automatically showed up, no scanning required.

It should show up without swiping the magic band. The RFID gets scanned during the ride.

We had it on our trip......had about 9 of them
Didn't have to swipe bands.

I have been selecting DHS. The photo is there, but no video. Seems off that we rode two different days and somehow didn't get the video either time...

Were you wearing magic bands? Could be that it just takes a few days to pop up.

We don't have MM or Photopass but our videos for both ToT and mine train show up to view. It's definitely still an option, they wouldn't get rid of it when it just recently started.

I'd give it a little bit then check again

Yes there is a video, you don't have to swipe your band. You can call them and they can probably find it for you. I was amazed they found some of ours that way. Just tell them what you were wearing and what time of day it was - the more precise the better.

If the photo is there, then send that to them and they should be able to find the video for you.
When I had them looking for photos that weren't on MM, they asked for pictures of the people in them and what they were wearing.
But since you have a picture from that ride, it should be pretty easy for them.

Just an update....I emailed regarding the video not showing up either time, and this was my response:

Dear Heather,

We regret that we are unable to recover your videos from the Tower of
Terror due to an equipment or technical problem which caused the vidoes
to not take properly. We have passed this feedback onto our partners at
the Tower of Terror.

videos.

Thei thread means something entirely different if you read the MM as Mickey Mouse in the title. That is a video I would like to see.
