Tower of Terror full capacity date

Is there an announced day for ToT to be back to full capacity yet? We have a trip planned in early September and love ToT. Right now I have SDD as our tier 1 FP, but if it will still be down to 1 track I will switch it to ToT.

Believe the initial speculation was getting ToT up to capacity once Star Wars opens up. So September it should be up to speed.

Looking at fastpass availability, Tower of Terror still has a lot left early September while Slinky is almost out. Suggest sticking with Slinky.
