Towels

Towels are provided on the pool deck and as you get off the ship at Castaway Cay. I wouldn't call them true beach towels as they are not as big and plush as a typical beach towel, but you can grab as many as you need.

What about other excursions, like in Nassau? Should we have our own towels for that?

They provide towels, but they aren't really beach towels; I consider them to be bath towels. I always bring my own because I like a nice big, fluffy beach towel, but my son and husband don't care much and used the DCL towels.

Most excursions and resorts provide you with towels if your excursion is, say, at a pool or at Atlantis for example. It's part of the service. We've been snorkeling a couple of places on westerns and the dive excursions did provide towels in the dressing areas.

Just a note: NO towels (without charge) on CC except immediately as you exit the ship...you can buy a beach towel...you can also drop off used towels at many locations
Grab plenty!
