Towel characters at the Dolphin

Does housekeeping make towel characters?

Also I have "mousekeeping" envelopes made for our visit. Is this appropriate for the Dolphin?

At the risk of being slammed....

I was lucky to get clean towels at the Swan, never mind towel characters or animals.

However, I didn't get any towel characters at the Yacht Club either, but I'm not really looking for them anyway!

I was lucky to get clean towels at Pop Century, and no towel animals there, either. I read about others who stayed at Pop when I was there that had plenty of clean towels and the towel animals, so it really just depends who cleans the rooms. But of course plenty of clean towels is something that a person should be able to expect.

It's been a while since we've stayed at the Swan, but at that time we didn't get towel animals.
