Tours showing in MDE

Booked a tour (Marceline to MK) It is not showing in MDE. is this normal. Also did not receive an e mail confirmation after tour was booked

Yes, it’s normal for tours and similar activities to not show up in MDE.

I’m sorry, I can’t comment on getting an email confirmation for Marceline to MK. I know for other tours we’ve done, getting an email is sometimes inconsistent, regardless of what a CM may say when booking.

I’ve only gotten an email confirmation for the private VIP tour, not any of the Enchanting Extras. I was told to simply input the confirmation number, time and meeting location in the “notes” section of My Plans.

Don’t worry it’s normal. I don’t get it but it’s normal. Did keys to the kingdom in dec and had zero proof of registration but they had my info when I showed up.

Yep that’s how it’s always been with tours. I just write down my conf number and bring that with me. Also, in MDE there’s a add a note section and you can add in your tour manually. I did this for my Segway tour in June.
