Touring Plans with Early Morning Magic

We are signed up for Early Morning Magic (the ticketed event) for our early March trip, and I'm trying to finalize our touring plan using Touring Plans. When I set our Pinocchio Village Haus brunch at 10 a.m., Touring Plans has us doing the Tomorrowland rides at rope drop then coming back through to hit other Fantasyland rides on our way to brunch. Does this make sense? It seems most folks here hit BTMRR, HM or Splash Mountain at rope drop after EMM. I'm wondering if anyone has followed a Touring Plans plan after EMM and how it went. Thanks in advance!

When we did EMM a few months ago, we ate about 15 minutes before rope drop (we did all the rides MANY times and we ready to eat something). At rope drop we did Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and then headed into Tomorrowland. We had FPs for all the "mountains" for early afternoon. We had done almost every single ride and attraction by 1:00 or 2:00. Didn't use Touring Plans, just figured it out on our own based upon which rides are most popular.

Thanks so much! I like hearing that you were able to pretty efficiently move through most of the rides with an early start. And that we could count on eating at the end of EMM before official park open. I'm planning on a busy park (since it's college spring break the first week of March), but hoping we'll be pleasantly surprised at our ability to move through the parks.

We are newbies, so I like the idea of having a plan since I don't know the parks as well as you veterans. I'm hoping to get FPs for BTMRR, Splash Mountain, and Jungle Cruise/Haunted Mansion. DD doesn't want anything to do with Space Mountain, so I'm hoping to let my DH rope drop Space Mountain while I take DD on the other Tomorrowland rides.

Thanks so much for weighing in with your experience!

Doing EMM will really help you during the busy spring break time. We were actually shocked at how it helped us get through the park so quickly. The breakfast also really surprised us. We aren't breakfast eaters unless we occasionally decide to do a character breakfast for the fun of it, so we weren't expecting much from a QS restaurant that was converted to a buffet for the EMM breakfast. It was REALLY good with lots of great options! Originally we weren't even planning to eat the breakfast, we just wanted to do the rides, but we got hungry and decided we might as well try it since we paid for it. My advice would be to eat breakfast whenever you get hungry prior to rope drop. You will have PLENTY of time to ride everything as much as you want so don't feel like you have to wait until the last possible minute to eat. If you get hungry, eat.
