You can order what you want, not sure they have the cupcakes for breakfast.
And the only place you could go as of last March was 7DMT line.

As of a few weeks ago they did have the cupcakes at breakfast. We were there on an EMM day so I don't know if it's different on other days, but we could have gone anywhere in the park when we left BOG at 8:50. We weren't allowed to ride anything--even 7DMT--until 9, but we were free to walk around wherever.
