We will be visiting Epcot on Friday, Feb 10th. We have an 8am ADR at Akershus. Family is DH, myself, DS (9.5), DD (7.5), DS (6), and DD (3). Since this will be our last full day in Disney, and DH's 33rd birthday, we plan to stay all day till 6pmish before returning to Poly.

We will obviously start with Frozen Forever ride in Norway, but after that I'm having trouble determining priorities and which FP's (and times) I should choose.

Everything else we plan to do:
(All the "do these first ones")
Test Track (not single rider line)
Soarin' (not our favorite ride but would like to see changes)
Sum of All Thrills
Joy and Sadness meet n Greet

(And the "we want to do but typically don't have waits" rides)
Agent P game (Mexico if raining, China, France or Japan we haven't done yet)
JAMMinators
Club Cool
Figment
Spaceship Earth
Baymax meet n greet
Jeweled Dragon Acrobats
Sergio jugglar
Japanese drums
planning lunch @ Sunshine Seasons
dinner snacking around the world

Can anyone help with how to get our day started?

Joy and Sadness line gets long, and there is no fast pass for it. I'd be tempted to do that right after Frozen, and then FP test track. You aren't going during a super high crowd time, so the line for Soarin will probably be manageable due to the new theatre. You can check the wait on the app and go over when it's low. You could potentially head there after Joy and Sadness, and then FP test track for a little later. Or make your FP for Test track for after Joy and Sadness, and try for Soarin around lunch time since you are headed over there. THere are a lot of rides and attractions you don't have listed in FW, so I don't know what all else you like to do there, but I would stay over there through lunch so you arent walking back and forth.

FEA
Joy and Sadness/Baymax
Spaceship Earth FP+ 10:30 am
JAMMinators 11:10 am (if you are running late on the meet and greets, you could always do this first and then hit SE right after)
Club Cool
TT FP+ 11:30 am
Figment
Soarin'
Sunshine Seasons
head back to WS to see shows in the pavilions

I forgot to mention, Sum of All Thrills is closed :(

I agree with PP, Frozen then Joy and Sadness, then check Soarin times. Make TT FP for late morning, and can do two other FP for SE and Figment, and fill in with Jammitors, Club Cool, etc. I believe Sum of all Thrills closed earlier this fall. Then you can grab late lunch at Sunshine Seasons, and head back to WS to do activities there.

Perfect! I'll move Figment to after lunch (for some reason we always like to do it that way), but great idea! Didn't realize Sum of Thrills was closed. My son chickened out last time so DH was really looking forward to it. Bummer!
