The logistics or our trip are a bit complicated, and I'm hoping to get some help for lightening lane selections, which we can make starting tomorrow. Due to medical issues we can't be in the sun/heat, so we usually return to the hotel around 11 and don't leave again until 3 or 4. One family member wants to go on Guardians every day of the trip. Another wants to see Happily Ever After fireworks every day of the trip. We'll have park hoppers. Staying at Contemporary.

From what I'm seeing LLs aren't really needed before 10. Should our goal be to:
-- get one LL from 11 to 12 in the morning park, which would require us to get the other 2 LLs in that same park (I think?) and then change them that morning for 4pm or later in the afternoon park
-- get 3 LL in the afternoon park all scheduled for 4pm or later?

With this plan, where would you put the LL's?
Monday: rope drop AK arriving for 7:30 entry. Ride EE, Safari, and Zootopia. Might see Lion King show. Return to hotel. MK for 3pm Festival of Fantasy parade. Ride Space Mountain, Peter Pan, HM, Big thunder, Pirates, Tiana, Jungle cruise (maybe more?) until park close for fireworks.

Tuesday: rope drop EPCOT, ride Guardians (as many times as we can until the line gets too long, and via ILL), Test Track, and the Seas with Nemo. Return to hotel. Afternoon Hollywood Studios: ToT, Smuggler's Run, Villain's show. (If we can get that done before it's too late, we'd head to MK for fireworks)

Wednesday: rope drop MK, ride Big thunder, Pirates, Tiana, HM, etc. EPCOT for Guardians again and maybe a dinner? Not sure what to do for an afternoon park because we'll want to be back at MK for fireworks that night.

Thursday: half day before going to the airport. Some family members want to try to do EPCOT for Guardians again, and then swing to MK for as much as we can fit in.

Logistically are you traveling in winter? I did a June trip and got caught off guard how late the sun is still blaring when I needed to put sunblock on when I left the hotel at like 5.

Logistically I always put my LLs as early as possible so I can start stacking for later. You may think LLs early are stupid but they really aren’t. They unlock the ability to book a LL in any tier in any park later on and when you actually ride something early with a LL it’s usually a literal walk on. (The logistical problem is you only have so many early mornings and late nights in you on a vacation.)

Does everybody in the group have to get dragged to GOTG every day and MK fireworks every night? Because that sounds like the beginning of “How to Make Everybody Hate Disney World in Two Easy Steps”.

Sounds like there’s a lot of moving about. You have quite an aggressive list of wishes given the Guardians and Happily Ever After caveat.

Since you’re booking your LLs 30 mins from now you’re visiting in a week. The sun has potential to still be quite hot at 3PM which may alter what time you return to the park. I saw it’s reaching 100° already so summer has arrived in FL.

Guardians is a great ride to rope drop but please know hundreds of people will have the very same thought. The standby line for Guardians jumps to 70+ mins the moment it opens and normally stays there for the entire day. Those rope dropping will not wait that the first time but it’s best to anticipate that kind of wait time for additional rides.

I would book your first LLs early in the day since you are planning to RD then book what you can later in the day as you see how your group is handling the heat.

Lls are not needed before 10, but if you're going to buy them anyways, then I'd try to book 3 at your first park and then as you scan into each book 3 at your 2nd park. GoG is an individual ll that you book in addition to the multi pass ones if thats what you're wanting to do.

Are the people wanting Guardians and HEA adults? Because I’d tell them they’re on their own to decide how to work that everyday. Have a basic plan for the morning up until break time and then not everyone has to stay together in the second part of the day.
