Touring an AKV Grand Villa or SSR Treehouse Villa?

Does anyone know if it is possible to tour an AKV GV and/or SSR treehouse villa?

I know they have "show rooms" available for tours, but I was interested in seeing the grand villas and treehouses in person.

While at WDW, I've tried 'touring' the other resorts to see if I'd like to stay, but have never had any luck.

There are presently no models of either type of villa. I expect that once Kidani and THVs open they may have a model available for both at the respective resort, but still not at the sales center.

In the meantime, you might be able to visit a GV at AKV by asking at the front desk. As long as they have one unoccupied and clean they are usually good about allowing a brief tour. The best opportunity to find one available at AKV is likely on a Friday or Saturday. It can't hurt to ask.
