Tour tickets

Hey all,

I recently booked a tour and was told they don't send confirmations and you don't have physical passes and it wont link to MDE. Does this seem normal?

I feel a little odd showing up to an expensive tour with nothing in hand to prove the purchase.

It is weird for sure, but that's what they do, or rather what they don't do. As said above, they will have your name on a list at the tour. And they would be able to look it up in their system. But you have nothing. You will have a confirmation number.

Ditto that. Just did the Keys to the Kingsom tour in October and showed up. They didn't even ask for my confirmation number. Just my name.
