When following TGM's touring plans for the MK do you have to rush from attraction to attraction or can we walk at a normal pace and still have it be beneficial?

we didn't rush over Spring Break, saw soooooooooo much, had time to smell the roses, eat at the bakery, did all we wanted. And headed out about 2 when the hoardes were coming in.

Mike does not advocate a "commando" approach to touring! Definitely no running or rushing about all day

When I used his plans in 2003 believe me we didn't rush anywhere - my kids were 5 years old and 20 months old. We had no problems getting around and seeing the extras too.

My busiest morning was spent at the early EMH at the MK with my son who was 5 at the time. If you can believe it I had never ridden Dumbo (because the lines) and had generally skipped all the Fantasyland rides during previous trips as an adult so we did blitz FL but not like we were running or anything - just walking between attractions. We got done so early we took a nice long mid-morning break in Frontierland with some drinks and muffins and sat and played checkers there were set up on top of some barrels there. Great morning! :goodvibes
