Also to get to San Diego on coach but to leave very early to make most of day ... Any recommendations

Warner Bros. Studios has its own tour, so no need for a tour company there. Be aware that any kids must be at least 8 for this tour. The Hollywood sign can be seen easily from the Hollywood & Highland shopping center -- no need for a tour there, either. From the H&H center, you can see the Walk of Fame right out front, the Chinese Theatre next door, Disney's El Capitan Theatre across the street, and the Dolby Theater (home of the Oscar ceremony) inside the center. There are many kinds of tours that leave from in front of H&H if you want to see these sites that way.
Do you already have an Anaheim hotel booked? If so, I would contact your hotel to ask their recommendation for a SD tour and see if they offer any kind of discount for booking through them. Gray Line is a well known tour company that you might want to look into.

Are you staying at a hotel near Disneyland. I'm sure they will be able to book tours for your.

For example our hotel works with LuxBus America. They have a great LA tour that will take you to many popular places in LA like the Hollywood sign, Mann’s Chinese Theater, Rodeo Drive, The Farmers Market, etc. These are all day tours that will pick you up from your hotel or a hotel near by.

For San Diego, there is Southern California Greyline. At our hotel they pick up at 8:30 am.
