TOTWL July 3 - early res?

We are arriving July 2 at BLT for the week. (Yeah, I know, crazy. But I'm working on my Master's Degree, only week off this summer.)

I want to watch the July 3 fireworks from TOTWL. Anyone know if I can call BLT or CR to get on the list BEFORE we leave? I'm sure I'm not the only one with this plan.

The TOTWL is first come, first served, only. You shouldn't have any trouble getting in as it isn't very busy. We were up there on July 3 last year and also on NYE.

silly question - is TOTWL just for BLT members / vactioners or can any DVC member (another home resort) visit? Thanks for understanding - i am new to all of this.

Currently only members staying at BLT are allowed access to the TOTWL.
