Louise, I know you are dismayed but the main thing to concentrate on is at least Cameron's cancer is not back and though the operations to come are painful for Cameron at least there is something that can be done to solve the problem. The other good thing is that Cameron can go back to school and is looking forward to that. Just take each day as it comes and just worry about the day after yesterday.

Hi all,
I am in a much better place today and we hve decided as the surgeons ultimatly make all the decisions we are leaving this one to them our only requirement is going to be that he stays out of pain no matter what !!
we know from experience that they can sedate him for days if needed so we have decided we are going to insist on pain relief this time and nothing gets done until they agree that he will not take oral meds at any price and they find a way around this problem !!!

Some evry wise words on here about taking one day at a time and to be honest thats all we can do at the moment and just hope n pray that the next 6 months are better than the last 6 months x x x

Just catching up on things and so sorry to hear that the op wasn't as sucessful as hoped. I agree with the others that it's good news about the cancer not returning.

Sending you lots of and I hope Cameron is having a great time back at school.

Going forward - here's to a wonderful 6 months full of good news and sucessful procedures/ops.
