Total percentage of DP guests

Has Disney ever revealed the percentage of Disney guests that actually book the dining plans vs. guests who pay out of pocket?

Just curious--I'm sure it's enough to keep the program going, but not quite so popular that Disney still has to offer occasional promos.

They don't offer DDP free so they can sell more DDP - they do it to encourage guests to book rooms. The rooms are where the money is.
