Well I don't know exactly how this spa treatment is on the ship, but some of my friends have gotten similar tanning treatments done at spas and some went well and others didnt. For example, one of my friends got it and she looked like her tan was real. On the other hand, another friend did it and well she turned kind of orange. Some places spray it on you kind of like a shower others massage it on you. The cost of these treatments vary depending on how its done. Hope this info helps somewhat.
