I have been watching the paid program for the Total Body Makeover and was wondering if anyone has had sucess? and if there was a way to follow it without giving them the $120!! thanks!!!

What is the Total Body Makeover Paid Program?? I have a book called "12 weeks to a Total Body Makeover" by Bob Greene (see Oprah Boot Camp Thread) & everything is going great! I've lost 15.5 pounds in 8 1/2 weeks! And I feel terrific!
