ToT and RRC, wait times & FP?

We are considering adding a theme park day on 6/20. DHS has extra magic hours from 8am until 9am. We need to leave DHS by noon at the latest. Undercover Tourist lists this day as 8/10, red for DHS. Two questions:

How likely is it that we could get a early morning (before 11am) FP for ToT and RRC?

Without a FP, how bad will wait times be assuming we get there at RD?

I usually FP+ ToT and single ride on RRC... when I was there last week my wait for RRC was maybe 10 minutes vs the 50 minutes posted for standby.

We rope dropped rr and rode several times then did couple other rides when ds said he wanted to do ToT - we had maybe a 20 min wait. It wasn't even emh. We did everything we wanted and were over to MK by 1 pm. I would fp rr and rope drop so you know you can ride twice. Do ToT stsnd by.

We stopped going to HS on Saturdays with early EMH because it seemed more crowded at 8am than at 9am on a regular day.

Having said that, if you get there at RD, with FP you can get lots of rides in by noon.

You didn't mention TSMM at all. Lots of people go there first. If you don't care about TSMM, you can go straight to RNRC, do RNRC and ToT standby possibly multiple times until lines get too long for you. Then use your FP for RNRC and ToT.
