ToT 10-miler Villians' Party

I'm starting to plan for the ToT 10-miler and wondering if the Villians Party is worth attending? I'm thinking about bringing the family but worry that the party could be just too much (too crowded, to busy, lines that are just too long to actually meet the villians).

Does anyone who attended last year have any thoughts? If anyone has any reports that they could send the link to that would also be great. I just worry it will turn into the same thing as the Limited Time Magic Villians' Bash last Friday the 13th, when it was just utter chaos.

As part of the package for a runner it was a nice event to have after the run. We weren't very fast finishers for the event and lines for some of the villains were incredibly long by that time; we didn't have the patience or the stamina after 10 miles to stand waiting for most of them. Lines for the rides were also fairly long since there were only a few open, but it was definitely worth getting our picture on TOT with the TOT race medal.

If you're wondering about the value of your family attending as non-participants, perhaps somebody who didn't run can weigh in on that experience. I would think it might have been better from a crowding perspective before all the runners joined up with their families to start crowding the available photos and ride lines.

My husband & daughter attended the party while I ran. They rode TSMM like 5 times before midnight, when I finished. So lines are short while the race is going on, but get heavier as people finish. We left around 1:30am so I can't say much about the time after that. I was mad because all I wanted was a pretzel and they were sold out, lol.
