Does anyone know if the construction at the pier/port is finished yet? Thanks.

There were a number of new stores open 2 weeks ago, however they are still working on many more. So in a nutshell, they are not yet finished.

Since there wasn't many shops open yet, my wife and I walked into the city to check out the local stores. There is a craft village that sells the typical tees, nicknacks, souvenirs etc. a short 10 minute walk from the pier. Of the new stores, Diamonds International is the only name that I can remember. There was a store that sold locally made soaps and such, and another with high end artsy items. You can Google Tortola Pier Park for more info on what is open, and what is to come.
