Tortola port excursions - Hike and beach vs Jost Van Dyke beach day

Hi all,

Has anyone taken the Forest hike and Cane Garden Bay beach or the Jost Van Dyke beach excursions?
We are trying to decide which one. I think the Jost beach trip includes some travel time and less time on the beach.

I would also like to know. I read somewhere that Disney no longer does the Jost Van Dyke excursion.
